The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and MHP qualification per IL Rule 132, strong communication, and ability to work both independently and within a team. On-site schedule with first shift hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in psychology or related field.
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Rule 132.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Proficient with documentation in EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours and additional hours as needed.
• Motivate and problem solve with staff on clinical practices.
• Conduct individual, family and group counseling sessions.
• Complete documentation within prescribed time frames.
• Provide crisis intervention and medication monitoring as needed.
• Coordinate services from community resources.
• Participate in on-call rotation and team meetings.

Education

Bachelor degree in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work or related field

Must qualify as MHP per Illinois Rule 132

Excellent written and oral communication
