Job summary

Rosecrance Walnut Office in Champaign, IL seeks a CCBHC MH Clinician to deliver mental health rehabilitation services and support recovery goals. The role emphasizes ethical practice, team collaboration and evidence-based therapies in a safe environment.

Starting salaries are $53,851.20 (Bachelor’s) or $60,777.60 (Master’s), with a $3,000–$4,000 sign-on bonus depending on degree and licensure. Onsite daily operations and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and eligibility for MHP/QMHP per IL Rule 132.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to use EHR systems for documentation.
• Ability to complete required documentation within set time frames.
• Experience in individual, family and group counseling.
• Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients and staff.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate staff and problem-solve to improve clinical practices.
• Provide individual, family and group counseling per plan.
• Complete client documentation within established timelines.
• Coordinate services from community resources and perform case management.
• Deliver workshops and trainings to clients, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every client.
