Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport quickly and use behavioral management techniques
• Computer proficiency and documentation in electronic health records
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage residents’ behavior and implement interventions
• Deliver therapeutic activities and develop independent living skills
• Provide education and support on symptoms management and coping strategies
• Coordinate with staff and plan daily therapeutic direction for shift
• Ensure client service records comply with rules and regulations
• Oversee house cleanliness and proper use of equipment
