Formación

• One year of related work experience including knowledge of case management.
• Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees development of treatment plans incorporating payor requests.
• Educates persons served and evaluates effectiveness of methods.
• Coordinates actions for daily operations of teams and programs.
