The position requires QMHP status per Medicaid guidelines and a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, with opportunities to contribute to community-based care and advocacy.

Qualifications

• QMHP certification as per Medicaid Provider Manual guidelines.
• Experience or internship in mental health services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or recovery stage.
• Screen for co-occurring disorders and identify substance use criteria.
• Assess needs, maintain caseload, and develop strength-based, person-centered plans.
• Advocate for supports, coordinate community resources, and document services.
