Job summary

Sanctuary for Families is hiring a Case Manager in New York to deliver comprehensive case management, including employment and economic empowerment, resume writing, and housing permanence. You will assist with program activities and workshops, and advocate for clients to promote self-sufficiency.

This temporary full-time role is funded through April 30, 2027. The position is hybrid; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or another language is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assesses client needs and makes referrals to support rapid rehousing and stability in permanent housing.
• Provides aftercare, case management, and advocacy in rapid rehousing.
• Identify client strengths and barriers to stability and connect to resources and services.
