Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in Richmond to lead, direct, and monitor treatment services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will promote the agency philosophy while handling all case management aspects for assigned clients and ensuring compliance with IPP timelines.

The role requires at least one year of DD/ID experience or equivalent training, professional licensure options listed, and a valid Indiana driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with DD/ID population or equivalent training.
• Minimum age 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting Damar’s insurance requirements.
• Clear of felony convictions and background screening.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• Background screening must be acceptable to Damar.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor treatment services and promote agency philosophy.
• Lead IPPs for assigned clients within 7 days of admission and update as needed.
• Collaborate with Residential Managers to ensure unit programming execution.
• Provide guidance and training to staff implementing IPPs.
• Complete monthly IPPs and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain case notes, contacts, data sheets, and data collection for clients.
• Represent clients at court reviews, IEP/Case Conferences with accurate progress information.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in education

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in social work

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a human services field (other than social work) with at least three years supervision or direct DD/ID experience

Registered Nurse

Therapeutic recreation specialist

Master’s degree in psychology
