Damar Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in Richmond to lead, direct, and monitor treatment services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will promote the agency philosophy while handling all case management aspects for assigned clients and ensuring compliance with IPP timelines.
The role requires at least one year of DD/ID experience or equivalent training, professional licensure options listed, and a valid Indiana driver’s license.

Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Case Manager to be responsible for leading, directing and monitoring treatment services and actively promoting agency philosophy in the delivery of those services. Handles all case management aspects of assigned clients’ care.
Bachelor’s Degree in education from an accredited program.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in social work from an accredited program.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a human services field (other than social work) and at least three (3) years of experience under the supervision of a qualified social worker OR at least one year experience working directly with persons with DD/ID.
Registered Nurse
Therapeutic recreation specialist who is a graduate of an accredited program.
Master’s degree in psychology from an accredited program
The essential functions of this position require the physical ability and mobility needed to perform the job. This includes the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.; operate office equipment, including a computer keyboard; travel to other locations using private or commercial transportation; and communicate effectively to exchange information.
The position also requires the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to client behaviors, staff instructions, safety concerns, and emergencies in an environment where individuals may display aggressive, self-injurious, sexually maladaptive, elopement, or other unpredictable behaviors.
Regular and acceptable attendance, excluding approved absences and periods of leave, is also an essential function of the position.
