Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in treating DD/ID population or specialized training.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field as listed.
• RN or therapeutics-related degree with required experience if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and monitor treatment services for assigned clients.
• Develop and update Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) within 7 days of admission.
• Represent clients in court reviews and IEP/Case Conferences with accurate progress data.
• Ensure IPP monthly updates and coordination with Residential Managers.
