Salt Lake County is hiring a Case Manager in Criminal Justice Services to address community safety and client needs within a jail setting. You will perform assessments, develop intervention plans, and coordinate with courts and service providers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong case management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. A background check and RAP Back enrollment are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Preference for bilingual English/Spanish applicants.
• Pass background check and RAP Back enrollment per policy.

Responsabilités

• Refer clients to court-ordered services and maintain case files.
• Assess criminogenic needs and create reduction plans.
• Interact with justice and treatment agencies to support clients.
• Attend hearings and conduct Presentence Interviews when required.
