Job summary

Johnson County Government is seeking a Field Services Senior Case Manager to lead staff, ensure high-quality community supervision, and direct daily operations and program performance. This role fosters partnerships with county agencies, courts, and community organizations to improve public safety and client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corrections or case management, with a focus on evidence-informed practices and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required.
• Four (4) years of experience in corrections, case management, or related human services field.
• Experience with community supervision, case management, risk and needs assessment, and/or evidence-informed practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Staff: provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance expectations.
• Ensure Quality Community Supervision and Case Management: ensure high-quality, person-centered services and apply policies and standards.
• Lead Daily Operations and Program Performance: direct daily operations, staffing, workload, and workflow.
• Advance Strategic Initiatives and Organizational Improvement: develop and evaluate policies, procedures, and performance improvements.
• Build Partnerships and Represent the Department: collaborate with agencies, courts, schools, and stakeholders; represent the department.
