Job summary

Sjcindiana is seeking a Case Manager in St. Joseph County Community Corrections in Indiana. The role oversees client progress, ensures program compliance, and develops case plans to support rehabilitation and reintegration.

Strong interpersonal skills, multi-case management ability, and collaboration with law enforcement and service providers are essential. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional longer hours and a comprehensive benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with clients, law enforcement, court officials, and service providers.
• Capable of managing difficult situations, de-escalating conflicts, and making sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple cases, maintain records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds while providing non-judgmental support to justice-involved individuals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' backgrounds, risks, and needs to develop individualized case plans that support rehabilitation and reintegration.
• Ensure clients follow court-ordered conditions, program rules, and supervision requirements, reporting violations as necessary.
• Maintain detailed case notes, progress reports, and legal documentation for internal records and court updates.
