Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking a case management professional to support male and male-identifying clients in community corrections. You will facilitate cognitive behavioral groups, monitor structured activity, and document interactions while developing tailored case plans.

The role emphasizes treatment that addresses criminogenic risk, collaboration with clinical staff, and ongoing training to enhance skills. A bachelor's degree in social/behavioral sciences is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences, criminal justice, or related fields required.
• Experience in a directly related field or similar duties preferred.
• Education/Experience equivalency: 1 year of experience per year of education.
• CPR/AED/Naloxone/First Aid certifications after date of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and facilitation of cognitive behavioral groups with clients.
• Monitor clients during structured time.
• Model pro-social behaviors and provide ongoing feedback.
• Address criminogenic needs in individual meetings.
• Attend weekly treatment team meetings.
• Document client interactions and SOA-R assessments.
• Develop case plans with clients and discharge planning.
