Job summary

Intervention, Inc. is seeking a Criminal Justice Case Manager in Colorado to provide case management for probation clients, ensuring compliance and behavioral changes. You will supervise, monitor, and document progress within Intervention policies and procedures.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the criminal justice field, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate courts and community resources. Travel to courthouses and jails is required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop assessments and case plans.
• Experience entering data and generating reports in software/databases.
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of client populations.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Must pass background check and obtain state criminal databases access.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Support mission and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to policies.
• Maintain complete case files for each client in paper and electronic form.
• Perform assessments and reassessments as required.
• Develop individualized supervision plans.
• Explain probation conditions and plans to clients clearly.
• Meet with clients to monitor progress and apply rewards/sanctions.
• Document all client contacts and report program violations as needed.
• Coordinate with courts and probation to ensure compliance.
• Travel to jail or court sites as required and provide own transportation.
