Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive case management services to a caseload of program participants facing obstacles to employment.
• Utilize expertise to address challenges for participants with barriers to employment.
• Conduct job readiness screenings and assessments.
• Evaluate participants' needs for Back to Work services and formulate Employment Plans.
• Direct participants to suitable program components and ensure engagement in services.
• Oversee and coordinate all project services for each participant.
• Connect participants with community resources and provide follow-up.
• Provide employment counseling and job leads to facilitate placement and retention.
• Initiate non-compliance procedures for participants not meeting requirements.
• Engage in workgroups and committees to assess needs and improve services.
