Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Perform housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, laundry, dishes, and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Support range-of-motion exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles, and conversations.
