Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, laundry, dishes, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support range of motion exercises as prescribed.
• Dementia care and companionship activities such as reading, music, and games.
