Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.
• English reading/writing/speaking required as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, dishes, laundry, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.
