Job summary

Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Ohio. You will join a large, international home care company with over 25 years of experience and access to PPE, training, and leadership.

Roles include CNA, Personal Care Assistant, and general caregiver. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, bonuses for referrals, paid training, recognition programs, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, bed linens, laundry and bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Offer dementia care.
• Provide companionship through reading, music and activities.
