Job summary

K&I Healthcare Services in Baltimore is looking for a Marketing & Outreach Intern to serve as the on-site ambassador for the Baltimore metropolitan area. You will engage with community partners, support marketing campaigns, and help represent the organization in local events.

The role offers an immediate start for Summer 2026, with a 40-hour work week, a 90-day intro period, and opportunities to contribute to referrals, content creation, and event logistics while gaining hands-on experience in

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college enrollment or completion preferred in marketing, communications, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and transport marketing materials up to 30 lbs.
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening; authorized to work in the United States (I-9 / E-Verify).

Responsibilities

Be the on-the-ground presence for K&I in the Baltimore area.
Research and build referral partner pipeline across Baltimore metropolitan area.
Create and localize community-facing materials using brand templates.
Develop area-specific content for social media channels.
Coordinate health fairs and community events; handle logistics and follow-up.
Submit weekly outreach reports and track hours via BambooHR.
