Job summary

Living Classrooms Foundation in Baltimore is seeking an Outreach and Placement Coordinator to drive recruitment, enrollment, and placement for workforce development programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or at least 3–4 years of outreach, community engagement, or case management.
• Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong public speaking capacity.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Living Classrooms programs and services.
• Recruits potential program participants for Living Classrooms training programs.
• Organizes industry-specific employer engagement events.
• Develops partnerships to assist in implementing support services for participants.
• Maintains a calendar of outreach activities, including in-center events and workshops.
• Organizes and attends community events.
• Screens program participants and conducts intake assessments.
• Assists case managers in tracking participant outcomes.
