Job summary

The role includes advocating for members, identifying referrals to social services, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI. Four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts, with in-person duties at local facilities, are expected.

Qualifications

• BSW with 1+ years of clinical experience in healthcare or internship.
• Undergrad degree or equivalent experience required.
• Willingness to drive and access to reliable transportation.
