Job summary

Trinity Health Livingston Hospital seeks an Exercise Physiologist for Cardiac Rehab. You will conduct stress tests, supervise rehab classes, and educate patients while developing individualized plans. Travel to regional offices and weekend call are required.

Responsibilities include documenting results in Powerchart/Nextgen/Heartlab, maintaining certifications, and collaborating with the care team to improve patient outcomes in a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• CEP certification through ACSM by end of year one.
• Experience in stress testing and cardiac rehab preferred.
• Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exercise stress tests and cardiac rehab classes per physician orders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient sessions.
• Document results in Powerchart, Nextgen and Heartlab systems.
• Provide education and support; assist with emergencies as needed.
• Travel to regional offices and participate in weekend call.
