Job summary

Aurora in Wisconsin is seeking passionate individuals for a call center role focused on providing telephonic support across services and programs. You will respond to inquiries, route requests, and maintain confidentiality while delivering compassionate service.

The team values reliability, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Training shifts are during early morning CST hours, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities securely and confidentially while maintaining professional boundaries
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to calls promptly
• Prioritize calls and direct to appropriate resource
• Provide assistance and support using problem resolution techniques
• De-escalate calls and stay calm in various situations
• Document telephonic support services and maintain schedules
• Write reports and correspondence
• Conduct calendar/appointment reminders or modifications
• Communicate training tracking/documentation to corporate office
• Present information to individuals and groups
• Support orientation and training of new team members
• Answer questions clearly and completely
• Problem solve and multi-task to provide excellent customer service in demanding situations
• Attend department/management meetings as scheduled
• Ensure safe work practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
