Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-line phone systems with calm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to document calls and maintain accurate records and schedules.
• Strong communication skills for clear, concise written and verbal exchange.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities securely and confidentially while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Operate a multiple-line telephone system and respond to calls promptly.
• Prioritize a variety of incoming calls/emails and direct to appropriate resource.
• Provide assistance and problem resolution with empathy and tact.
• Analyze and de-escalate calls while staying calm in any situation.
• Document telephonic support and maintain accurate schedules.
• Write reports and correspondence; conduct calendar reminders or modifications.
• Train and orient new team members; present information to groups.
