Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, and group therapy in our Elizabeth City outpatient clinic. The role supports adults and children with substance use needs under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• CADC certification required.
• 2 years of experience in Substance Use services.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess adults and children with substance use needs.
• Develop treatment plans and provide IOP coverage.
• Facilitate group therapy and SAIOP sessions.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and referral sources.
