Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) seeks a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) for our outpatient clinic in Elizabeth City, NC. You will conduct screening, assessment, and treatment planning, lead group therapy, and coordinate aftercare with clinical teams under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• CADC certification is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Substance Use services.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or equivalent technology.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• Knowledge of therapeutic practices and group facilitation techniques.

Aufgaben

• Screening, assessment, and treatment planning for adults and children with substance use needs.
• Provide group therapy and IOP coverage; support aftercare planning and community referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and referral sources; ensure accurate documentation.
• Facilitate SAIOP group sessions and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment under supervision.
