Qualifications

• Experience with API development, integration, and data exchanges is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise business applications.
• Design and maintain automations and integrations.
• Provide lifecycle management for applications including upgrades and patches.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks.
