Job summary

Salas O’Brien seeks a BIM Coordinator to join our multi-discipline team and assist engineers in producing MEP/FP design documents. The role uses Revit and AutoCAD, reporting to the Regional BIM Manager, with opportunities at Madison, WI and other listed locations.

You will setup projects, maintain models, enforce standards, manage model sharing, and lead clash detection discussions while supporting the broader team with template maintenance and content creation.

Qualifications

• Technical school or associate degree in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain AutoCAD and Revit projects per CAD/Revit standards.
• Maintain Revit models for all disciplines.
• Ensure Revit standards are adhered to on every model.
• Coordinate model sharing, downloading/uploading models and updates.
• Collaborate with project team and lead clash detection meetings.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and maintain Revit templates.
• Create/modify Revit content/families for company models.
