Job summary

New Hampshire Catholic Charities Inc. in Nashua, NH is seeking a bilingual Immigration Paralegal (English/Spanish) to support our Immigration Legal Services team.

You will assist with client intake, case preparation, and processing of immigration benefit applications. You will work closely with Immigration Attorneys and DOJ Accredited Representatives, perform translations, and help clients navigate complex procedures with compassion and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Prior experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.

Responsibilities

• Support Immigration Attorneys/DOJ Accredited Representatives on individual cases.
• Conduct intake interviews with clients in person or by phone.
• Prepare and organize client case materials and documentation.
• Provide referrals, advocacy, and general support to clients and families.
• Translate client communications and case documents between English and Spanish.
