Damar Services, Inc. is seeking an Intensive Behavioral Intervention Associate to deliver direct behavior management services for individuals with I/DD or autism. You will observe clients, develop and document behavior management plans, and provide training to staff and families to support effective interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis; social work; psychology; counseling; or a related human services area of study.
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets insurance requirements.
• Be clear of any felony convictions or disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive behavior management consultation to clients, staff, and families.
• Observe clients and develop and document specific behavior management plans.
• Direct intervention with clients and staff education/training on behavior management.
• Coordinate, monitor, and revise behavior programs as approved by supervisors.
• Maintain written documentation and timely submissions of monthly reports.
