• Pre-employment physical completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior management consultation to clients, staff and families.
• Observe clients and develop/document behavior management plans.
• Train staff on behavior management approaches.
• Coordinate, monitor, document, and revise behavior programs as approved.
• Interact professionally with parents, teachers, and other providers.
• Stay updated on current treatment techniques and regulations.
• Prepare monthly reports documenting behavior management services.
