Damar Services, LLC invites applications for an Intensive Behavioral Intervention Associate in Richmond, IN. The role focuses on direct behavior management consultation for clients, staff, and families, including observation, plan development, and staff training.

The candidate will implement, monitor, document, evaluate, and revise behavior programs, interacting professionally with parents, teachers, and providers while staying current with treatment practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis, social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets insurance requirements.
• Clear felony convictions and background screening requirements.
• Pre-employment physical.
• Background screening must be satisfactorily completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior management consultation to clients, staff, and families.
• Observe clients and document behavior management plans.
• Develop, document, implement, monitor, evaluate, and revise behavior programs.
• Provide training for staff regarding behavior management approaches.
• Coordinate services and communicate with parents, teachers, and other providers.
• Keep abreast of current treatment techniques, literature, practices, and regulations.
• Provide written documentation of behavior management service via monthly reports.
• Submit documentation (behavior plans, monthly notes, etc.) in a timely fashion
