Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage referrals and admissions for out-of-home residential treatment. You will coordinate with utilization management teams, residential providers, and care management staff to ensure timely, appropriate care and seamless communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Arizona behavioral health system or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support member treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, tracking responses and documenting facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners for timely submission of clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
