Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 2 years of responsible employment experience.
• Employees may be required to apply for MAADC credential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions using approved curriculum and materials.
• Create a safe, supportive, respectful, and culturally responsive environment that promotes learning and participation.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions that support treatment goals and recovery progress.
• Evaluate and communicate client participation, engagement, and progress to the treatment team.
