Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Group Facilitator in Springfield, MO to lead educational and therapeutic group sessions within Recovery Services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a safe, learning-focused environment and support patient progress toward treatment goals.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and experience documenting client participation in EHR systems.
