Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support one-on-one work with children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Assist BCBA with data collection and progress tracking.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety while assisting children up to 50 pounds.
