Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and 60 college credits are preferred.
• Completion of a 40-hour behavioral training course is required.
• Minimum 6 months ABA experience is required.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are needed.
• Availability Monday–Friday, with flexible start times (7:30 AM–3:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Support students using ABA strategies to develop skills and independence.
• Assist teachers and therapy teams to implement behavior plans.
• Monitor progress and document student response to interventions.
