Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our Danbury, NC team. You will work directly with students to support behavioral goals, under supervision, and help them build valuable skills inside and outside the classroom.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, development of intervention strategies, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a 40-hour behavioral training course OR at least 6 months of ABA experience.
• Elementary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students in achieving behavioral goals and developing new skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement intervention strategies.
• Provide positive, encouraging reinforcement and track progress in students’ development.
