Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy across diverse client profiles in the Santa Clarita Valley. This full-time role supports BCBAs and mid-level supervisors, with ongoing opportunities to deepen ABA expertise under multiple supervisory teams.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and requires flexibility to adapt to changing daily client needs, while maintaining high-quality documentation and teamwork across settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Prior ABA experience is required.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, with flexible hours 7:30 AM–7:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases within Santa Clarita Valley region.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy across a variety of cases and settings.
• Collaborate with multiple BCBAs and mid-level supervisors to expand clinical knowledge and skills.
• Mentor and shadow new Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by supervising BCBAs.
• Adapt daily to changes in client needs and staffing coverage.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Uphold professional standards and client care across settings.
