Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour behavioral training course is required.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are needed.
• Availability Monday–Friday, with flexible start times (7:30 AM–3:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Support students using ABA strategies to develop skills and independence.
• Assist teachers and therapy teams to implement behavior plans.
• Monitor progress and document student response to interventions.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs).
