Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team, with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate and a team player
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Background check required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans
