Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. Training provided; teamwork is essential in a dynamic environment.

Earn $20-$26 per hour with growth opportunities in the Behavioral Analysis field, making a meaningful difference in a child and family’s life.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child's progress and safety.
• Adapt activities to meet each child’s needs and maintain a supportive environment.
