Job summary

Milestones Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Specialist® (RBT) to support ABA programs in a school setting. You will work directly with students under supervision, implementing plans and collecting data to track progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, BCBA®s, and related service providers, with a focus on student progress, staff well-being, and mission-driven work in a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RBT credential.
• Experience in implementing behavioral assessment/treatment programs with developmentally disabled population.
• Basic computer skills and email proficiency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Must participate in onsite direct implementation of ABA programs across sessions for all areas of students' IEP.
• Provide direct student care following the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).
• Collect and record data on observable student behavior.
• Maintain graphs and graphing systems; update visual displays.
• Prepare student materials for the school day and classroom setup.
• Accompany students on community outings or vocational placements.
• Wear PPE and complete safety trainings; follow procedures, with or without accommodations.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality per policy.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
