Job summary

Amergis, in partnership with educational settings, seeks a Registered/Certified Behavior Technician to implement intervention plans and support ABA services for students with special needs in a school environment.

The role requires RBT certification or CBT license, supervision by a BCBA/BCABA, and a preference for 1 year of relevant experience. CPR and health documentation may be required per state and contract guidelines.

Qualifications

• Supervision by a BCBA/BCABA is required to practice.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred.
• CPR certification and health documentation may be required per contract or state rules.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational/behavioral services.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to meet learning and behavioral goals.
• Support ABA services designed by supervising BCBA/BCABA.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards of practice.
