Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions is seeking a Behavior Consultant (BC) and Mobile Therapist (MT) in Schuylkill County to provide one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, emotional regulation, and coping skills.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, receive paid training, supervision toward licensure, free CEUs, tuition discounts, PTO, and health benefits as a full-time W-2 employee.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related mental health field.
• Hold a PA license (LBS, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT or psychologist) for the $44 rate; others start at $38 with supervision toward licensure.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral and therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
• Complete assessments through caregiver interviews and observations to develop ITPs.
• Direct and supervise BHTs through Behavioral Skills Training.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner-focused outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
• Complete daily accurate documentation.

Education
