Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to work in the educational system.
• Experience delivering behavioral interventions in educational or pediatric settings.
• Strong understanding of tiered intervention models, especially tier 3 supports.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 25–30 students.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and write individualized BIPs for students needing intensive support.
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to school staff regarding BIPs implementation.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Facilitate staff and caregiver training to support best practices in behavioral strategies.
• Work collaboratively with counselors, teachers, and other specialists to promote positive student outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
