Job summary

Education Management Group (EMG) seeks a compassionate, experienced BCBA to lead clinical programs in Fayetteville, NC. You will oversee caseloads, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure ethical, data-driven care.

You will build individualized plans, train caregivers, and coordinate with schools and healthcare providers to improve daily living skills for children with autism and related disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Meets North Carolina credentialing and licensure requirements.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition.
  • Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Reliable transportation when travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide clinical oversight for an assigned ABA caseload.
  • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs.
  • Review and analyze client data and make data-driven treatment modifications.
  • Monitor client progress and provide clinical recommendations.
  • Ensure services are clinically appropriate and consistent with ethical and professional standards.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Support staff in implementing treatment programs with fidelity.
  • Model effective ABA strategies and clinical decision-making.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultations.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
  • Build collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Provide meaningful parent and caregiver training.
  • Teach practical strategies that families can use across everyday environments.
  • Communicate client progress and treatment recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other service providers when appropriate.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain treatment records in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in authorization and treatment review processes.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulations.
