Job summary

Alight-Behavioral-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Durham, NC team. The role involves assessments, data-driven interventions, and direct behavioral therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification and NC licensure, with strong skills in data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• LBA in the state of NC is required/preferred.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Stay current with research, trends and best practices in behavior analysis.
