Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• LBA in NC is required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in behavior analysis.
• Experience in patient care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in diverse settings.
• Maintain accurate medical records compliant with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
